Waiver, Terms of Agreement and Rates

All participants for personal training or groups exercise services are required to complete and sign a waiver acknowledging an understanding  of the terms and agreement to participate in exercise with Get Up and Mooove, LLC.  A Medical Clearance is required for certain participants.  These documents will be provided upon request or when client reflects interest in signing up for a service.  Contact getupandmooove@gmail.com or text 734-709-8059 if  additional information needed regarding this.
