My background is in health science and administration. I have been involved with exercise, nutritional health and wellness coaching for over 20 years. Exercise is an important component of selfcare which is a crucial step on the wellness ladder. My training principles emphasize low impact modalities and strength training that produces results my clients can adapt and use for many years. I focus on strength training that is effective and easy on the joints. I also like to create healthy recipes and explore healthy nutrition options that I can share with interested clients
